·Adult Basic EducationRegistration for Adult High School Credit Diploma:Wednesday, August 29, 2018Thursday, August 30, 20185:00 PM to 7:00 PMat Westside Middle School.If you are unable to attend these registration dates, please contact the Adult Education office during normal evening hours.Classes begin Tuesday, September 4, 2018.The Groton Adult Education program has partnered with The New London Adult & Continuing Education to provide ALL Groton Residents greater access to continuing education. Groton residents now have the ability to attend programs offered at the New London Adult & Continuing Education location.All students should bring the following items with them to registration:two forms of identification -driver's license, library card, or state IDproof of address -recent piece of mail addressed to student, utility bill, rent receiptschool transcripts - if available. Any past school records such as transcripts, report cards, or name/address of last school attended is helpful in enrolling but not required at the time of enrollment. Transcripts can be requested from your prior school at time of registration. Program hours - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday's 5:30 - 8:30Age requirement: Students must be 17 years old to attend Adult Education.
